How A Compassionate Real Estate Agent Will SHOW He Cares

While every real estate agent will say he cares about his customers and/ or clients, doesn’t it seem, some actually, do so, far more than others! It is one thing to say you care, but something quite a bit different, to possess the necessary compassion, to be able to be considered, a truly compassionate leader. Let’s review briefly, using the mnemonic approach, demonstrates this caring, and is ready, willing and able, to SHOW he cares.

1. Suggestions; system; stronger: What should be done, to assure stronger, more relevant, caring representation? How will you put your client first, and put yourself, in the position, to best represent his best interests? What suggestions will you make, to better serve his interests, and how might they, put things into perspective, etc? Compassionate leaders create, and introduce a quality system, which he explains thoroughly and effectively, related to marketing, staging, and every other relevant, pertinent aspect, of transacting real estate!

2. Humane; head/ heart; healing: Will you consistently behave in a humane manner, which takes into considerations the needs, concerns and perspectives, of your clients and customers? Will you balance the best service, from a technical and knowledge – perspective, with providing the necessary emotional support, in an often – stress – producing period? This head/ heart balance, must be healing, comforting, supportive, and create the best results!

3. Options; opinions; opts; organized: Will you fully explain your client’s options, in terms of factors, such as marketing, listing price, staging, etc? Will you go beyond merely stating facts and/ or data, and provide your professional opinions and reasoning? How carefully will you review the possible ramifications, for whichever course, your client prefers and opts to take? Are you careful, and organized, so the process is informative, comprehensive and carefully done?

4. When; where; what: When will you do each necessary step, and will you also provide timely action, while avoiding procrastination? Will you simplify your client’s decision, as to where to live? What choices must the agent, and client make?

Do you possess the compassionate attitude and personality, most clients prefer and desire? How will you clearly SHOW you care?
